The International Table
Jessica's culinary career has taken her from family kitchens in Italy to restaurants in San Francisco and private diplomatic events.
She served for nearly a decade as preferred Event Chef and for the British Consulate General of San Francisco and has worked as a private chef, catering director, culinary educator, and cheesemonger.
Her cooking is influenced by California, Italy, Mexico, India, Greece and Spain, and the many regional food cultures she has immersed in along the way.
